Lan Nguyen began her career in manufactured housing with Advantage Homes as an admin in December of 1999, and became a sales agent in the summer of 2000. Thank you Lan Nguyen for your excellence services in helping us buy a brand new mobile home from Skyline!

We first met with Lan at an open house and discussed with her our plan.  At first, we wanted to purchase a new home so ended up on a waitlist for available space at the mobile home park we wanted.  A little of over one month, Lan called us back about the good news that space has opened up.  We worked with her to start customizing our home and then realized later that this didn’t fit our needs anymore and we decided to buy a new mobile home that was available for sale at the time.  She was very patient in the process and gave us helpful feedback in helping us decide what home would be right for us.

I would highly recommend Lan as she is very friendly and know what she is talking about.  As part of the walk through, she would help point out some defects that we missed which showed that she really cares for her customers. There were defects in the homes, but Skyline was able to send their tech’s down to fix the defects after we closed out escrow.

So far, we are happy with our purchase and the 15 months warranty gives us a peace of mind regarding the house.

Meet Connie!

Connie Smith is a licensed Manufactured Home Sales Associate & Real Estate agent.  She started her career in the late 80’s working as a Realtor for Century 21 where she was awarded top producer three times.  As a San Jose native, she is very familiar with local the local housing market and its neighborhoods.

Connie joined the Alliance Family in June of 2007.  Since then, she has helped existing mobile home residents upgrade their homes to beautiful, brand new manufactured homes, sold single family residences, and helped first-time manufactured homeowners become owners; all while earning the title of Top Re-sale Agent in 2009 & 2010.

Her success has included selling listings in their first week on the market and properly educating clients on community living and purchasing. Meet April Dawn!

April grew up in Sanger, California and later moved to the Bay Area where she has lived for the past 20 years.

Following high school, she registered for the military in the Marine Core and soon after attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) where she studied Design for 3 years. When her husband accepted a job for Yahoo!, she decided to find work in Sunnyvale.

In 2006, she began a career in the manufactured housing industry for Advantage Homes where she performed administration and warranty work, as well as handled service issues. When Alliance Manufactured Homes decided to open their doors later that year, she became a sales agent and has been with the company ever since.

According to April, the most rewarding thing about being a sales agent for Alliance is helping families find their dream home. With experience in design she is able to help her clients custom design beautiful new homes. Her familiarity with construction and factories helps her excel in new home design. April loves and respects people and it shows in the customer service she delivers. She strongly values the friendships made in sales with her clients and because of this she has been recognized as the top Sunnyvale New Home Agent for four consecutive years. Meet Dave!

Dave Smith is a graduate of Westmont High School in Cambell, CA, with further education at West Valley and Cabrillo Colleges in Constructional Technology.

Dave is a journeyman carpenter, a licensed general carpenter, and a licensed Realtor.

He was introduced into customer service/warranty capacity of the manufactured housing industry in 1998, where he worked with new home buyers and became familiar with all of the different Mobile Home Manufacturers.

In 2010, Dave worked closely with the residents of Oakridge Mobile Home Park that lost their homes, along with the rest of their many belongings in the Sylmar Fire.  He was able to help them get their lives back with brand new custom designed homes.

Dave has called the Central Coast home since 1984.  He lives there with his wife and two children and manages the Alliance Manufactured Home office in Sunny Soquel.
