Location, location, location! Paradise Cove in Malibu California gives a whole new meaning to mobile home communities. David Carter, a real estate agent in Malibu says one home sold for $2.5 million in 2011. “Paradise Cove is full of gorgeous, tricked-out residences with a lot of value. It’s hard not to fall in love with this place”, Carter explains.
